Terms

Per organisation per year for up to 250 staff (toolkit class prices on the pricing page). How a team plan is carried into an enterprise agreement is set out in that agreement.
Card purchase opens once our payment provider is live. Until then, request a team plan and we invoice you.
Pay on results
Survey pilot with fees tied to response
For managed survey projects, part of our fee is linked to reaching a 75% response rate. If participation falls short, you pay less.

Every trial gets the Enterprise feature set for 14 days. If you do not upgrade, you keep a free Starter Lite workspace instead of being locked out.

Cancel from your billing page at any time during the trial. No phone call, no retention script.
Reminder 3 days before
We remind you 3 days before the trial ends, and we never charge before that.
72-hour refund
If you are charged and have not used the product, ask within 72 hours for a full refund, no questions asked. HOE finance processes it.
